HOWEVER — this spring honey is D E L I C I O U S. It is light, and has an almost fruity aftertaste. Maybe floral? But it tasted fruity to me. The price is jaw dropping for the quality of this honey. All of our questions were answered in full detail and we absorbed all there is to know about queen bees, honey production, and how bees survive the winter. A perfect place to bring a date or the family for an hour, and I can’t even begin to describe the honey itself—it’s that tasty, natural and sweet. We bought two jars and some even contain chunks of honeycomb as a sweet delicacy. 10/10 will return someday.
