A perfect place to bring a date or the family for an hour, and I can’t even begin to describe the honey itself—it’s that tasty, natural and sweet. We bought two jars and some even contain chunks of honeycomb as a sweet delicacy. 10/10 will return someday.

The flavor of the honey is complex, It's not just sweet, you can taste fruit, flowers, and other vegetation as a discrete under tone flavour. I’m beyond happy to have found Ward and Brighton Honey. As a first year beekeeper, I was intimidated at taking on a new skill. After reading a few books I... read more felt I was ready to dive in. I found Ward to be extremely knowledgeable with over 20 years of experience and was more than willing to share his knowledge and tools with me. I purchased nucs and some equipment from him and it was an absolutely ideal experience. We were able to drop off our brood boxes with empty frames and he filled them for us to pick up tightly secured and ready to take home. They’re settling in so nicely and I couldn’t be more grateful to Ward.
