It makes the most amazing honey mustard and I have used it as a drizzle over roasted carrots. I buy several jars a year and have been purchasing honey from Brighton honey for a few years now. I bought the last jar of the Spring honey this year and was a bit concerned that I would run out before the fall honey had been harvested, thankfully I did not. The honey is always fresh even though it can be stored for long periods of time. Honey comb makes a wonderful natural substitute for sugar making it diabetic friendly. Last but not least I would like to thank Ward and his family for all the efforts required to supply his neighbors and community with these amazing products.
