The flavor of the honey is complex, It's not just sweet, you can taste fruit, flowers, and other vegetation as a discrete under tone flavour. I am extatic about my purchase and have decided to be a regular customer. Oh and my kids love the stuff, they started putting it on hot cakes instead of syrup. It's all natural and healthier than anything with corn syrup, so it makes my wife and I super happy to see them eat it.

First of all shipping was instant. Came within 48 hours of ordering. Love wildflower honey to begin with and this was absolutely superb. Very smooth, very rich, beautiful consistency for immediate use. You cannot go wrong with this maker or this honey the taste will go well with anything you use honey with. For the love of Bees please do not buy prepackaged processed store bought honeys even if they have a fancy bottle and labeling. You never know where that really comes from or how long it’s been there. Ward is extremely welcoming not... read more only with his hives but his entire property and home. I haven’t met many beekeepers, but I’ll probably never meet a more humble one. All of our questions were answered in full detail and we absorbed all there is to know about queen bees, honey production, and how bees survive the winter. A perfect place to bring a date or the family for an hour, and I can’t even begin to describe the honey itself—it’s that tasty, natural and sweet. We bought two jars and some even contain chunks of honeycomb as a sweet delicacy. 10/10 will return someday.

The beekeeper, Ward, was welcoming and accommodating to my request. He gave us a personal tour in his backyard of the apiary and relayed many interesting facts to us about bees! This is not a structured facility and a walking tour. It is a family that welcomes you into their home and onto their property to share with you a piece of their lives.
