HOWEVER — this spring honey is D E L I C I O U S. It is light, and has an almost fruity aftertaste. Maybe floral? But it tasted fruity to me. The price is jaw dropping for the quality of this honey. We were all impressed with his knowledge of honeybees and the history and relevant present day information. We all learned a lot and the presentation was both engaging and fun!
