It makes the most amazing honey mustard and I have used it as a drizzle over roasted carrots. I buy several jars a year and have been purchasing honey from Brighton honey for a few years now. I bought the last jar of the Spring honey this year and was a bit concerned that I would run out before the fall honey had been harvested, thankfully I did not. I called Ward, and he was able to come and help us get rid of them. He was very knowledgeable and quick, he gave us great advice and we were able to save tons of $$ by calling him vs an exterminator. 10/10 would recommend the honey and bee removal!!
