All of our questions were answered in full detail and we absorbed all there is to know about queen bees, honey production, and how bees survive the winter. A perfect place to bring a date or the family for an hour, and I can’t even begin to describe the honey itself—it’s that tasty, natural and sweet. We bought two jars and some even contain chunks of honeycomb as a sweet delicacy. 10/10 will return someday.

The snow covered hives are beautiful. The birds abound at the feeders. A small piece of solitude where the cats peacefully sleep.

HOWEVER — this spring honey is D E L I C I O U S. It is light, and has an almost fruity aftertaste. Maybe floral? But it tasted fruity to me. The price is jaw dropping for the quality of this honey.
