The beekeeper, Ward, was welcoming and accommodating to my request. He gave us a personal tour in his backyard of the apiary and relayed many interesting facts to us about bees! This is not a structured facility and a walking tour. It is a family that welcomes you into their home and onto their property to share with you a piece of their lives. We were able to purchase honey, and it is delicious! I highly recommend a pit stop to Brighton Honey to check out the apiary and to buy some honey. Thank you Ward and family!

The taste is perfect, it's what I remember when I was growing up in a small town in Mexico. The flavor of the honey is complex, It's not just sweet, you can taste fruit, flowers, and other vegetation as a discrete under tone flavour. I am extatic about my purchase and have decided to be a regular customer. Oh and my kids love the stuff, they started putting it on hot cakes instead of syrup. It's all natural and healthier than anything with corn syrup, so it makes my wife and I super happy to see them eat it.

HOWEVER — this spring honey is D E L I C I O U S. It is light, and has an almost fruity aftertaste. Maybe floral? But it tasted fruity to me. The price is jaw dropping for the quality of this honey. Pat those little gals on the head because they are definitely doing some work; absolutely amazing and recommended. Customer service is great and cozy 💛🍯
