It makes the most amazing honey mustard and I have used it as a drizzle over roasted carrots. I buy several jars a year and have been purchasing honey from Brighton honey for a few years now. I bought the last jar of the Spring honey this year and was a bit concerned that I would run out before the fall honey had been harvested, thankfully I did not. The honey is always fresh even though it can be stored for long periods of time. Honey comb makes a wonderful natural substitute for sugar making it diabetic friendly. Last but not least I would like to thank Ward and his family for all the efforts required to supply his neighbors and community with these amazing products. All of our questions were answered in full detail and we absorbed all there is to know about queen bees, honey production, and how bees survive the winter. A perfect place to bring a date or the family for an hour, and I can’t even begin to describe the honey itself—it’s that tasty, natural and sweet. We bought two jars and some even contain chunks of honeycomb as a sweet delicacy. 10/10 will return someday.
